Well, it came and it went. It was our first in our new house! We bought a few new items that we just really needed – HA! The yard looked great! We only got 14 Trick or Treaters. A far cry from what we would get on base. But the kids had fun. This year, Audrey volunteered at Clayville at their haunted house and hayride. She had a lot of fun being a zombie type creature. I guess I need to poke around and insert pictures and stuff on here.
It looks like I am having Thanksgiving for Mom, Dad, Bill and my sister and her kids. I think my one of my uncles and his family are coming too. Donnie wanted Thanksgiving here so we are going to do it. Oh, I wonder what this will bring…
To get ready, we have to finish a project or two. We have so many going right now that it’s not funny anymore. We have our shower ripped out, one wall in the basement needs to have drywall put up and painted, my “laundry room” cabinet and shelves need to be taken down and the wall painted and a new shelf put up. I wonder how much we can get done before Thanksgiving?
Ugg.
And I have to cook.
